Les performances du robot samouraï "Kiyomori", développé par la société nippone Tmsuk en collaboration avec le laboratoire de recherche d’Atsuo Takanishi, sont époustouflantes ! Ce robot possède 39 degrés de liberté, dont 14 degrés seulement dans les jambes, il mesure 1m60 pour 74kg. C’est actuellement l’unique robot qui marche vraiment comme un être humain. D’autres robots bipèdes très avancés comme par exemple le célèbre ASIMO, ne peuvent reproduire la souplesse de la démarche des humains parce que leurs genoux ne sont pas flexibles. Les êtres humains plient les genoux quand ils marchent, tout comme le nouveau robot samouraï. Grâce à ce petit détail, la démarche de ce robot ressemble vraiment à celle d’un être humain et non à celle d’un robot essayant d’imiter la démarche d’un être humain. De plus ce robot peut être commandé à distance, ce qui lui permettra de réaliser des actions qui pourraient s’avérer dangereuses pour l’être humain. Ci-apres, les membres de la famille...
